Thank you for your enquiry of 6 February concerning our selection of sweaters displayed on
Satexs stand at the Menswear Exhibition in Hamburg.
In answer to the specific questions in your letter, first let me say that we are willing to allow the
quantity discount requested, but the maximum trade discount that we can offer is 15%. With
regard to the terms of payment, which you mentioned, we would consider payment by sight
draft, cash against documents, but we can change this if we will develop a long-term business
relationship.
I confirm that we agree with your conditions and we can meet orders of over 500 garments at
one time. As requested, I am sending our current catalogue and price list to you by express
