of his business with the State
Directorate

Commissioner
of
Industries or District Industries Centre
of the concerned State.
After registration an entrepreneur can
avail all facilities and assistance given
by Government.

Registration
A provisional registration is granted for
the proposed enterprise.
This registration is done for a specific time
period during which the enterprise is yet
to come into existence and expected to be
set up.
This registration helps in availing the
various facilities from financial institutions
or banks, and State Government.

(B) Permanent Registration


It is granted to those firms who have
started their production process. This
enables the enterprise to enjoy the
following incentives:
-Income tax rebates
-Sales tax rebates
) Price and purchase preference for
goods produced
) Purchase
of raw materials from
government agencies.

Procedure of Registration
An application for provisional registration
is submitted along with project
proposal, various documents specified
such as:
Proof documents of ownership
Layout
of premises where unit is
located
NOC from municipal corporation
NOC from State Pollution Board

Copy
of
Partnership
Deed
or
Memorandum of Association and
Articles of Association
Sale bill of Product manufactured
Purchase bill of raw materials
Purchase bill of tools and machinery
installed
Quality control certificate
An affidavit about machinery installed,
power requirements etc.

Condition for Registration

The unit has obtained all necessary


clearances. For examples, NOC from
Pollution Control Board is obtained if
required
Enterprise has violated any location
restrictions in force.
Value of plant and machinery is within
prescribed limit.
