Dear Jose and Bob:
Thank you for the submission of your wedding announcement and photo to
be included the company newsletter. I would like to assure you both, I am
more than willing to highlight your momentous celebration. Congratulations
your wedding announcement.
I apologize for the delayed response, and look forward to publishing your
wedding announcement. Although, there appears to be a minor concern with
the photo that was submitted. It does not adhere to guidelines of our
company policy. Which states, photos are not to include public displays of
affection.
While we enjoy highlighting employees personal endeavors, it is equally
important that we also follow company guidelines. Regretfully, the photo that
was submitted does not comply with company policy. Therefore, it is our
company policy to restrict the photo from the newsletter. However, please resubmit a new photo so, that we may feature the two of you, in the next issue
of the company newsletter.
Thank you for understanding and congratulations to the both of you on such
a joyous event.
