under WI 750 (Limited 4GB upto 2Mbps) and HOWI 750 (Unlimited 512
Kbps) to Central Govt./ Stage Govt./PSUs Employees, Visually impaired, BSNL
Staff and Retired Govt./PSU Employees. However, the above 20% discount
should not be clubbed with any other special Discount / Concession.
