JOB OUTLOOK FOR FUTURE


The Bureau of Labor Statistics is predicting an
increase of 16 percent for all technical sales
representative positions between 2010 and 2020.

WORK ENVIRONMENT
They can be based in a home or company based
office, but it doesnt really matter because they
spend most of their time on the road visiting
physicians offices, hospitals, etc.
They work independently and have freedom for
their schedules, but since their pay is
commission-based, they have to put in a lot of
hours.

OTHER INFO
The main purpose is to travel around and try to
convince doctors and hospitals to choose their
drug and that it will be efficient to their patients.
They make about $45.00 and hour.
They can work from home and are given a
company car.
