Class Rules

Be prepared:
Wear proper clothing/attire/equipment
Make sure footwear is properly tied
Keep hair out of face or eyes
Play Hard:
Always participate with effort and seriousness in all activities
Demonstrate a commitment to the process, lesson or activity
Demonstrate proper movement skills and concepts
Play Fair:
Display honesty during the lesson or activity
Allow equal opportunity for others to participate
Play Safe:
Lookout for the safety of others
Avoid careless risks
Show an awareness of your body and those around you
Show Respect:
Listen to instructor or classmates when it is their time to speak
Cooperate with the teacher and classmates. Display good sportsmanship.
Show value of others, the equipment, the property and the environment

Consequences
First Offense:
Lose 5 minutes of activity time
Remind student of rules
Second Offense:
Lose rest of gym class
Note sent to classroom teacher
Third Offense:
Lose the next gym class entirely
Phone call to parents
Fourth Offense:
Send directly to the principals office

There will be no warnings


During timeout student must remain quiet or another offense will be added

All serious offenses will be sent to the office
