An American politician, who is also a radio host for

Chuck Baldwin Live.
Baldwin supports ending U.S. involvement in the United
Nations and reducing U.S income taxes.
He would withdraw troops from Iraq and seek to end
illegal immigration by enforcing immigration laws.
He supports the right to bear arms and homeschooling.

Constitution Party History

America needs this party because without it, theyll have too
many officers in power
Only a few areas now where government is involved with the
citizens lives
Wanting to restore the governments limited authority
Thousands of registered voters in America yet many states dont
account voting registrations by party
Independent voters have a bigger role in national/local politics
One quarter of voters nationwide are registered as
independent/third party members

Provide equal wages/benefits for work

Person whose abusive is illegal under order
One who intentionally selects a victim because of
race, national origin etc.
Government requires schools to teach children their
native languages

Defense

To raise and support armies

To provide and maintain a navy

Disapprove the presidential assumption of
authority to deploy American troops in combat
without a declaration of war by Congress

Environment

Wants to restore earth and develop it. An example

is turning deserts into farms and wastelands into
groves
Supports efforts to preserve the environment and
reduce pollution in the air, water and land
Rejects man-made global warming
5th amendment: limits federal power to purchase
private property. Examples are urban renewal,
environmental protection, or historic preservation
Calls to returning states and people who are held
by the federal government without authorization
by the Constitution

Health Care

Government regulating the quality/availability of patient-oriented health care and

treatment is a threat
Hospitals, doctors, and other health-care providers should be able to take care of their
own patients
Denounce prohibiting people to use their insurance to help get the medicine they need
Health insurance is based on cash value life insurance
The freedom of choice of practitioner and treatment for all citizens for their health care

Homeland - Immigration

About 1 million illegal immigrants enter the US a year

They have the right to a home, an education and Social Security
A private agency should provide housing for immigrants
Demands the federal government restore immigrant policies
Oppose amnesty

Homeland - Economy

We support a debt free and interest money system

Congress should handle our money not the federal
banks,
Dont believe that we should have the IRS because it
represents an unjust tax system
Civil government shouldnt have the authority to set
wages and prices

Social Issues

Education cant be separated from religion

No government interference developing energy
Disapprove recognizing homosexual reunions
Disapprove of substances that cause abortion
Support the stop of illegal drugs
Punishment fit the crime
Right to bears arms in self defense
