Tristand has been a student in my English and Accounting classes for the last three years. | have had the opportunity to see Tristand mature and become a focused, determined student in those years. Tristand has a positive attitude and a good work ethic, although it has not always been so. Tristand struggled with academics and school in his early high school career, but he made a decision to do better for himself and really turned things around. He has become one of the hardest working students in our school, and he Is now an honor roll student. In addition, Tristand works at a part-time job. He has had to learn to manage his time effectively, so that he can complete all his school work and still work many evenings and weekends. Tristand is also very passionate about music. He is a talented guitar player, and he performs whenever he gets the chance in both formal and informal setting. Listening to him play and sing has been an added bonus of having Tristand in my class.
