Get to Know Mr.

Harris
My name is Dan Harris and I am a
graduate of Franklin College. I am
from the Indianapolis area, and I
went to Roncalli High School. I
graduated in 2017 with a Bachelor
in Arts in Secondary Social Studies
Education, as well as History.
This is my first year teaching, and I
am very excited to teach your
children! I cannot wait to see what
this school year holds!
Outside of the classroom, I enjoy
playing or watching sports,
working out, reading, or hanging
out with friends and family. I am
also a member of the fraternity
Lambda Chi Alpha, and the
academic fraternity-Lambda Alpha
Delta.

Come Prepared each and
every day Students need to
have their materials and
homework ready as they walk
into the classroom every day.
Be Respectful to teachers,
but most of all, to each
other. Students must be
respectful and caring towards
teachers and of course to the
other students.
Have a Great AttitudeLearning cannot occur unless a
student wants to learn and
shows that with their attitude.
Only use words that youd want the
principal or your grandmother to
hear- There will be no foul language in
my class that should possibly offend
anyone who hears it.
The task of the modern educator
is not to cut down jungles, but to
irrigate deserts.

Homework Policy
If a student turns their homework
in late, they will lose 10% for
each day it is late. They have 3
days to turn it n before it is
considered a 0. There will be a
homework schedule set up on My
Big Campus.

Absent Work
The students will have the same
number of e stud days they
missed to make up the work.
Their absent work will be located
at the front of the classroom,
right when they walk in.
