WEEK 2
Session 1- 09.30 on the school field.
5 mins walking to warm up
90 secs running
90 secs walking
Repeat until 25 mins total incl warm up
Session 2
5 to 10 min walk to a hill (not too steep)
Walk up hill for 1 min
Jog or walk slowly down depending on how you feel
Repeat 5 times, try an extra 1 or 2 if you feel ok
Walk back home
Session 3
5 mins walking to warm up
90 secs running
2 mins walking
2 mins running
2 mins walking
repeat all above except the 5 mins warm up
