Tanner for the murder of his half-brother, Mr. Brian Roberts. You will be under
oath and asked questions from both the defense and state attorneys. We ask that
you tell the absolute truth on what you saw in Mr. Roberts hospital room from
the hallway. You must not have any biased feelings while on the stand even
though you are testifying against Mr. Tanner. It is in the courts best interest to tell
the full side of your story. We would appreciate your testimony and if you decide
to take the stand, we ask that you remember that you are under oath and that
lying while sworn in is a federal crime.
