Marking Directions for each of the four sub-tasks: Choose the appropriate column; Choose the appropriate percent within that column, Multiply the value in the taskdescription column by the appropriate percent and put in the appropriate cell (e.g. Context Line task is Acceptable at 56% = 10.0 x 56% = 5.6); Add all of the marks
in the cells (round to the nearest whole number) and put the rounded total in the Total Mark cell; Divide the total by 7 and put the result into the Adj. to 10.0 cell;
put any general comments on the bottom and/or on the back. Put the student numbers on the marking rubric and attach to the back of the memo.
Photocopy and retain a copy of the memos and marking rubrics.
