To Whom It May Concern,
I am a long time fan of doritos and have been satisfied with your product over the years.
However, I recently purchased a bag of Nacho Cheese Doritos and noticed that more
than half of the bag was just air. I was expecting the bag to have a little more chips than
air in the bag and I dont understand the reasoning behind this.
I am disappointed that a company like Frito Lay would do this without explanation. In
order to satisfy customers, Frito Lay should at least explain why this is happening or try
to stop it completely. Instead, they do not address the problem directly, or at all. Some
of the reasons that people start to complain about your products is because of this
reason, and it needs to be addressed ASAP.
