- To prepare a tin model for


showing elevation, a
hillshade map, slope and
aspect map and a sun
shadow map.

3. Georeferencing
of aerial picture

- To georeference an aerial
picture accurately and to
make 3d perspective views
of the areas using the aerial
picture and land resources
map.

4. Planning for a
new school

- To find out the number of


children in the school
district and the existing
cpacity of the school
- To look for the best
possible site for planning
the school.
- Calculating the
accessibility of the
children to the school
