Responding to Conflict - Example


Follow along as Gloria and Michael discuss the conflicting situation.
Michael: It wouldn't be appropriate for two senior staff members to be on
leave at the same time. There are just too many projects going on at the
same time.
Gloria: I understand and don't mind postponing my vacation until you're
back at work. I'll deal with everything while you're away. It's not a
problem at all.
