    Leonardo Da Vinci was an Italian artist who lived from 1452 to 1519. He is best known for his famous painting of the Mona Lisa, which took him over 20 years to complete and is currently housed in the Louvre in Paris. Another masterpiece was The Last Supper, which he spent three years painting murals for in a church in Milan. In addition to being an artist, Leonardo was also an inventor and studied subjects like anatomy and engineering. He left behind a legacy as one of the most skilled Renaissance artists and thinkers.
