This piece of evidence is a summative report from my third year
placement. It details my professional knowledge and my ability to know the content and how to teach it. Summative Assessment: Third Year Placement
Domain 1: Professional Knowledge Tamsin has displayed excellent planning and management skills throughout this practicum. She takes into account school, class, group and individual needs when planning for single lessons or units and when in full control demonstrates a great capacity to account for these in her transitions and in setting priorities. At all times her self-evaluation and students achievement of each session were taken into consideration when planning or consolidating the learning. Tamsin regularly investigated and researched for the information required to further develop her own knowledge for the lesson. She has been exploring the use of Google Apps to record her work program and she always welcomes suggestions and feedback on her planning. She took on the use of the existing collaborative planner (Google Docs shared) and worked in collaboration with the two teachers in our team teaching situation to cater for every student in the learning space. She has demonstrated a great capacity to work collaboratively in this space with several teachers and also works flexibly in response to the needs of the students, teachers and other events within the school.
