NON-PROFIT QUARTERLY REPORT CARD

Using the components of your Business Proposal as a guide, complete the following items on a
quarterly basis to provide stakeholders with progress reports.
Non-profit Mission Statement
Care, through all aspects of child advocacy.
Executive Summary
Objectives

Work with Judge Nation to have program approved by the court.

Train quality volunteers to advocate for children.

Ensure advocated children are receiving the care they require.

Ensure advocates do not burnout and quit.

Intended Results

Judge Nation approves program after working to ensure its workings are in order with the
court.

Judge Nation approves volunteer training program after working with the program to ensure
the volunteers understand the processes of the courts and what the courts are looking for in
child abuse/neglect cases.

Revisit advocated children to assess their final situation to ensure that it is truly what is best for
the child.

Evaluate advocates after each case to ensure they do not need time off or counseling before
starting up a new case.

Recommendation

Advertise that the program and others like this one exist

Search for volunteers who already work in fields with children such as:

Local educators

Childcare providers

Volunteers who work with children in other volunteer capacities

Enable advocates to have access to counseling to deal with needs associated with advocating
