Job Description

To assume responsibility of maintaining all the books and papers of all accounts of the
company.

To prepare liability and assets statement in every month.

To deal with all banks relevant to the transactions of the company.

Stock Report preparation.

Able to prepare balance sheet of the company.

Secretarial Support to the Chairman/Managing Director/Director

Preparation of financial statement.

To prepare salary sheet and disburse them accordingly.

Received & Payment statement preparation.

Responsible for fund management and banking activities of the company.

Bank reconciliation statement.

Bank liability & overdue statement preparation & manual ledger.

Conducting the annual audits program with external auditors.

Dealing with Taxation

Maintenance of Assets registers.

Maintain Sales Register and Purchase Register.

Educational Requirements
B.Com./M. Com
