Lacking a time sleep at night


Sleep is something that is doing in every day. With sleep we could rest the brain and
organs of our body is working during the day. Did you know? A good sleep is around 7-8 hours a
day. In this era may be many people who are more care about the work than take the time to
rest. Even some of those who are willing to work without knowing the time sleeping. If we
have busy with the task or the other usually middle of the night we will sleep or known to
stay up. Staying up late will reduce the time to sleep. Effect of lacking a time of sleep will
make:
Incidence risk of health problems such as cancer, heart disease, stroke, etc.. Based on
the study 'European Heart Journal', 48% of the 475,000 people who sleep less are at increased
risk of heart disease while another 15% are at risk of stroke.
In a U.S. study, precisely in Maryland involving about 6,000 women, confirmed that
people who sleep less than 7 hours each night had a 47% risk of developing cancer compared
with the relatively more sleep at night.
Another study from the University of California said, they use magnetic resonance
imaging or MRI (Magnetic Resonance imaging) to see the change of the brain activity of people
who lack sleep, "This invention provides a description of the mechanisms of the brain, which
causes obesity increased survival or if the lack of sleep" thus the scientists wrote in the
journal Nature Communications.
Apparently, enough sleep is important for health and make the youthfulness of the
body. No matter how busy we are, we should have a time sleep quality. But if we have a job
to be done as quickly as possible so that we have less sleep we should have to suffice to sleep
during the day and we have to optimize our activities.
