To perform general administrative and clerical duties and office support activities for multiple
supervisors in the team and maintaining confidentiality in all aspects in order to ensure
effective and efficient operations.
Key Responsibilities
Provide administrative support to ensure that department operations are
maintained in an effective, up to date and accurate manner.
Provide assistance, when required, with the coordination and implementation
of property development activities e.g. seminars, research, workshops and
relationships in collaboration with other units within company as appropriate
Main Activities:
o Type correspondence, reports and other document
o Maintain office files including confidential records and files
o Open and distribute the mail
o Take minutes at meetings and submit for approval
o Distribute minutes and accurate record of meetings
o Coordinate and schedule meetings
o Direct calls and respond to inquiries
o To provide assistance in preparing documents and reports
