January 13%, 2015, To Whom It May Concern: Nazirah Thomas was a student of mine during her freshman year at Waverly High School in my U.S. History class. Nazitah eared a B for first semester of U.S. History and a C for second semester. She was a vety pleasant and polite young lady and I enjoyed having her in class. (Outside of school, Nazirah has been very involved in other activities. She is a member of Waverly’s Black Student Union and recently completed a season of winter/indoor soccer. Nazirah attends L.C.C. West in the afternoon, studying Fashion Technology. Additionally, Nazirah is an intern at Younker's outside of school. In keeping with her interest in fashion, Nazirah has participated in a charity event called Bras for a Cause (In Her Cups) where she made interesting bras for people to showease. Nazirah plans to attend college and major in photography. Overall | have found her to be a very respectful and hardworking person and Iam sure that she will do well in college and beyond with her varied skills and interests.
