I have been training for a total of three years and have hit a plateau. I am looking for a new training
program in order to change things up and hopefully promote some new muscle growth. I have tried
every general online program you can think of (Jay Cutlers short cut to size, Arnolds blueprint, 5x5
etc.). I really need a program tailored specifically to my body type, goals and availability. I currently do
not have any health conditions and have completed the PAR-Q and You provided. Im really excited
to blast through this plateau; I really believe you can help me out.
