1. Suitable to be explain using table.
2. Data that involves numbers and percentage should be
presented in table
By using table form, the researcher able to keep tracks of his data and
able to compare data collected from the research participants. This form
also will help the reader to analyse the results clearly.

When we use instrument that will provide us qualitative data, we need to
dissect those data and must explain the data using words and in suitable
manner.
