At the launch event, we will be showcasing two innovative
websites: the My Health My Community website which
contains a wealth of health and wellbeing resources to
support people; and the Sugar3 website and smartphone app
for young people with type 1 diabetes.
You can also nd out more about a new dedicated app we
are developing for children with asthma.
