    This Notice is being served to you for change from temporary to permanent connection
    at your residence _______________________. This discrepancy was noticed by KESCs
    teams surveying the locality.
    You have already been given road cutting notice vide diary No. ________________________,
    dated:- ________________________ advising you of the same. You have neither come up with
    road cutting permission from concerned authority nor have you submitted for permanent
    overhead connection.
    In case neither is received by this office within (07) days, your temporary supply will be
    disconnected.
