BM&FBOVESPA S.A. Bolsa de Valores, Mercadorias e Futuros (BM&FBOVESPA),
regarding news published in the Agncia Estado - Broadcast, on May 19, 2015, under
the headline BM&FBOVESPA deve fechar acordo de cooperao com banco da China
(BM&FBOVESPA must close a cooperation agreement with Bank of China), clarify
that it refers to a MoU signed between BM&FBovespa and the Bank of China in order
to start discussions about potential collaboration on business development between
the two institutions, and there is no concrete action or set schedule for that in the
moment.
