CAMP INFORMATION
Camp Participants:
We would like to invite you to our 2nd Annual S.W.A.G. Athletic Football Camp
2015 on June 06, 2015. We are very excited about this years camp! This
years camp structure offers maximum strengthening and training time with
former Forest High athletes and coaches. We have also invited special guests
who will provide top rate development information that will enhance each
participants experience and performance in football. In addition to a great
time learning and improving on-the-field performance, camp participants will
receive a t-shirt, lunch and other incentives. We invite all parents/guardians
to contact us if there are any questions.

Camp Philosophy
Every youth is a winner! By engaging in education, development and
strengthening activities, each one elevates his mind, body and spirit.
Camp Goals
Youth will gain knowledge, understanding and confidence while having fun
while learning the game of football. Youth will be exposed to the
fundamentals of the game, be involved in activities and receive independent
and collective training that will reinforce basic football fundamentals and
provide achievable benchmarks at each level of the Summer Camp program.
Daily Attire
Please have your child wear comfortable gym shorts, tennis shoes or cleats.
A t-shirt will be provided.

Cost is non-refundable after camp begins on June 6, 2015
Registration fee is $30.
After May 29, 2015 up until the first day of camp, registration is $35.
No checks accepted!! We only accept cash and money orders should be
made out to SWAG ATHLETIC FOOTBALL CAMP C/O Robert Strong or C/O
Michael Townsend.

Camp Time:
7:30am - 1pm for grades 1st 6th
Check in starts promptly at 7:30am
12pm 5:30pm for grades 7th 12th
Check in starts promptly at 12pm
At our S.W.A.G. Athletic Football Camp, we have a NO TOLERANCE policy
regarding disrespectful or negative behavior. Any child who cannot comply
with policies regarding appropriate behavior will be excused from
participating in the duration of the camp. If your child is found in noncompliance, you will be contacted and your child will be removed from the
remainder of Camp activities and the S.W.A.G. Athletic Football Camp.
If your child has any special considerations i.e. Medications, Special
Dietary Needs, etc., please indicate below:
