Sub: Quality control works

This refers to CEMSs test report of coarse and fine aggregate samples, collected from C-8
Canal 0+000 km at Block j for constructing retaining wall dated 27th April 2015.
The above test report shows that the sieve analysis test results of above aggregate sample are
single graded. Hence please take necessary action to rectify above situation in future as per the
department approved specification.
