TERMS AND CONDITIONS OF CORPORATE
MEMBERSHIP
1. Management if it deems fit .
2. Member must be registered and registration of the
membership is to be attached with a photo.
3. Member will be issued with a card , and the card is to be
brought along to the gym and the attendance sheet.
4. Membership is not tranferrable.
5. Membership is only for a year and will be extended upon
by the The IKIP IASC HOLDINGS management is not liable
and responsible for any injuries sutained and accidents
that may happen and members excluded from intiating
any legal action for monetary compensation.
6. Payments must be made not later than the 10 th day of the
current month.
7. Membership will be terminated if payments are in arrears
for 90 days and more and member s not be allowed to
enter the gym .
8. Members are expected to be properly dressed in sport
attire during the gym activities .
9. Children below and under age of 12 are prohibitted from
entering the gym.
10.
Members who fail to adhere to the gym rules and
regulations are prohibited from entering the gym.

11. The management reserves the right to terminate the

membership for members who fail to follow the gym rules
and regulations
