Attendance will be taken and students will dress out.

Four students will be chosen to set up the racks for todays lifts.
The students will meet in the weight room and we will quickly go over what was covered
the previous day.
After I will show the proper form for power clean. Also discussing that power clean is
one of the more difficult lifts to master.
Content Delivery (35 minutes)
After we have reviewed the material from the previous lesson, the students will be split
into 2 groups.
The groups will be split evenly and will each have a coordinating teacher observing
them during each lift. Group A with Coach Zubey and Group B with Coach Licht.
The students will imitate the demonstration given to them at the beginning of class.
Closure (10 Minutes)
Go over the things that were taught and give the students an idea of what will be done the
following day.
Send students into the locker room to get dressed out.

B. Assessments Used
Assessment will be done in the form of visual observations, and verbal and visual directions will be given
when a student is doing an activity incorrectly.
C. Differentiated Instruction
In order to accommodate for the students that are more behind than the rest of the class, the amount of
weight placed upon the bar will be lighter. They will also be given assistance through a spotter so that the
weight is better balanced and smooth during the lifting period.
