Today, the Alii Nui Moi (High Chief/King) of the Kingdom of Hawaii filed a Petition
before the Chief Justice of the Kingdom of HawaiI Supreme Court.

This Petition seeks a number of declaratory judgments on issues related to the arrest
and prosecution of Hawaiian Nationals seeking to protect the sacred mountain Mauna a
Wakea.
The Court instructed Petitioner to serve copies of the Petition and her Order on Service
and Response on parties that may have an interest in responding.
Enclosed are the Petition, the Memorandum in Support of the Petition, a Proposed
Order, and the Order on Service and Response.
