Description
Deckshield ID is a flexible polyurethane car park
deck coating system providing a colourful
watertight, wearing surface for intermediate and
top decks of multi-storey car parks and basement
car parks.
Uses
Deckshield cosmetically enhances and reduces
noise, making multi-storey car parks lighter, safer
environments to visit. Deckshield is suitable for
refurbishment of existing car parks and new
construction projects.

Concrete or screed substrate should be a minimum of
25 N/mm2, free from laitance, dust and other
contamination. Substrate should be dry to 75% RH as
per BS8204.

Aftercare - Cleaning and Maintenance

Clean regularly using a single or double headed rotary
scrubber drier in conjunction with a mildly alkaline
detergent.

DECKSHIELD LINEMARKER
A chlorinated rubber based car park
linemarking product.

Uses

For use in car parks and

segregation areas. Provides good
adhesion to a wide range of
substrates e.g. wood, steel,
concrete & Deckshield System.
Easy to apply.
Fast drying.
Semi gloss finish.
Excellent weathering
resistance.

Surface preparation

Clean and mechanically abrade. All

residues must be removed to
provide a dry, dust free open
textured surface.

Deckshield Linemarker CLR should

not be applied when the material or
floor temperatures are below 7oC.
Temperatures should not fall below
5oC in the 24 hours after
application.

Tool Cleaning

Mixing

Remix the material before use with

a slow speed drill and helical
spinner head to redisperse any
settlement.

Application

Apply using brush, roller or

compressed air spray. Normally
applied in 2 coats.
