Background Information
The scale was deeply rooted from folk music of Diverse and
Ancient cultures around the world.
The word Pentatonic comes from the Greek word Pente
meaning five and Tonic meaning tone . This scale has multiple
names and it is familiar around the world as the Five-tone scale
or Five-note scale.

Common Use of the Pentatonic Scale:


Lower school Music education
Guitars, and Pianos
Create Anthems, Chants
To break the ice of an unfamiliar environment.

Conclusion
The creation of music has really evolved Since the beginning of
music as we know today. A lot of equipment and different
variations in tones and scales has enhanced the creation of
music, and continues to grow at a great rate. Ive known about
this scale for almost a year now, and I just felt the need others
should know the base of music. This scale gives you a base;
somewhere to start. Then over time you can create any type of
genre.
Its the Little things that makes a great impact .
