The approach adopted by EC2 Equations 6.8 and 6.9 with regard to shear reinforcement
in reinforced concrete sections is to consider the density of shear reinforcement Asw/s
crossing an inclined plane which has an inclination to the horizontal, and the concrete
stress fcd perpendicular to this plane.
From this background:

Calculate the ultimate shear capacity of the reinforced concrete T-beam shown
in cross-section in Figure Q.6, which contains R10 links at 150 mm spacing.
