(2) The g r o c e r y s t o r e h a s been opened t o t h e p u b l i c from 10 a. m.,

OPINION :

We a r e of t h e o p i n i o n t h a t t h e proposed u s e w i l l be no more o b j e c t i o n a b l e
t h a n t h e e x i s t i n g u s e as a drug s t o r e and w i l l n o t a d v e r s e l y a f f e c t t h e f u t u r e
development of t h e neighborhood a s s p e c i f i e d i n t h e g u i d e s and s t a n d a r d s e t
f o r t h i n S e c t i o n 7109 of t h e Regulations.
