For Immediate Release February 9, 2010

On Saturday, February 6th, 2010, Officers of the Bakersfield Police

Department responded to domestic violence dispute at 3730 “K”
Street, space #6. Upon arrival, the officers found the victim of a
stabbing, identified as;

Arthur Arnold, 45.

Arthur, who had received a stab wound to the chest, told officers that
he was was stabbed by his cohabitant identified as:

Jacob Josh Davis

Caucasian male, 26 years old
6’0” tall, 135lbs, having long brown hair,hazel eyes
and a pocked marked face.

Davis fled the scene prior to the officers’ arrival.

Arnold was transported to Kern Medical Center where he succumbed
to his injury on February 9th, 2010.
