    I am writing this letter to inform you about how many students and their parents are shocked by
    the amount of homework being piled on the children. Many youths at home spend most of their
    hours staying up at night to do homework that is due the next day. This causes less sleep, which
    will guarantee not staying awake in class, and missing out on important notes. I think that
    teachers should either change due dates to make it flexible for students or to give out less
    homework to let the child feel less stressed.
    I appreciate that you took the time to read this letter and I hope you make an effort to look into
    giving students less homework.
