the beginning of the project he felt

calm and normal about how things were going however as the
project progressed he worked for hours, had a lack of sleep which
caused him to act more aggressive and agitated in school around
his classmates. The terms and conditions in the employment
contract also say the punishment for a lack of work or
insubordination is push-ups. In the end he was satisfied with our
work and thought the group did a good job. He worked the
hardest out of all of us and deserves a lot of credit.

Asad is the Field Agent. He is in the one who does research and
helps all around with diferent tasks. He was bland in emotion
when he joined the group however slowly got more into his work
and a lot more engaged. He enjoyed working in this project
despite the annoyance of doing 2 projects at the same time while
preparing for various final exams or regular exams. He helped the
group a lot and got more deeply involved each week.

Dulshan is the Designs Contractor. He is in the one who

designed the folder and is in charge of design and the rap video.
He was excited to be a part of the group and was well involved in
the project. Dulshan along with his fellow teammates all worked
very hard. Dulshan somewhat struggled with the voicing of the
rap which made him frustrated to some extent. He took the

liberty to buy a new microphone to improve the quality and

performance of the sound.

Zayed is the Radio Communications Agent. He is the one in

who works on the emails and the overall communication of the
teammates out of school. He was plain when he joined the team
for the project however he like all his teammates got more
involved and worked harder as the project progressed. Zayed felt
stressful as he was absent for a week of the project and had a lot
of catching up to do, furthermore he had to create the emails to
send to the companies which furthered the stress fortunately
things worked out for the better.

Most tasks and objectives were completed on time and done well.

What was learnt?

Team coordination, organized work and planning the tasks is very
important, these three skills along with time management are the
skills we have learnt during this project and realize they are very
important for a project.
What should have been done differently?
Have planned timings for when we will send emails to each other
in order to get tasks complete faster.
