That I am the present Punong Barangay of Bobok-Bisal Barangay, Municipality of Bokod, Province of Benguet and among my duties is to certify transfer of properties located within my territorial jurisdiction; 2. That Francisco M. Baldo, Viola S. Baldo and Johnny S. Bugnay are VENDEES of a certain parcel of land covered and embraced in Tax Declaration of Real Property (ARP) No. 2010-13-04-00503 with a total area of TWO THOUSAND SEVEN HUNDRED EIGHTY FIVE (2,785) SQUARE METERS by way of EXTRAJUDICIAL SETTLEMENT OF TE INTESTATE OF MARCELINO SARAPAO and ELENA SARAPAO WITH A SIMULTANEOUS DEED OF ABSOLUTE SALE OF UNREGISTERED LAND under the Notarial Registry of Atty. Norman Fiangolao Orchangon, logged as Doc. No. 404; Page No. 81; Book No. 12; Series of 2014 dated August 6, 2014 at La Trinidad, Benguet; 3. That upon the resurvey of the purchased area as appearing in ARP No. 2010-13-04-00503, the area increased from 0.2785ha. (2,785 sq.m.) to 0.2904ha. (2,904 sq. m.) or an increase of an area of ONE HUNDRED NINETEEN (119) SQUARE METERS without changing the perimeter boundary and it does not encroach or overlap properties owned by adjacent owner.; 4. For consideration of the aforementioned circumstances, I hereby CERTIFY that the increased area of the subject parcel of land does not encroached/over-lap their properties and or claims to the adjacent properties. 5. I am executing this instrument to attest to the veracity and truthfulness of the foregoing and to support the application of Francisco M. Baldo, Viola S. Baldo and Johnny S.
