Confirm proper heating operation with a thermostat demand for heating. NOTE~These instructions do not supersede local codes in any way. Authorities having jurisdiction should be consulted before installation. 1— Disconnect all power to unit. 2~Remove compressor and/or bumer access panel. FIGURE? 4— Disconnect four-wire hamess jack/plug (J58/P58) connectorandignition lead from ignition control. See figure 1. Remove ignition control from unit. 5~ Disconnectather end ofignition lead from ignitor and discard. Connect one end of noise suppression ignition lead, provided in kit, to ignitor. 6— Cut burner control jack J58 off of burner control wire hamess. See figure 1. Crimp 1/4” quick connect terminations to each wire. 7—Using the replacementignition controlas a template, mark new installation holes in same location as previous control.
