Dear Families:
Student Intervention & Support Services will oversee the Extended School Year (ESY) Services
for at the Ann Arbor Preschool and Family Center. Nadia Vann will be the Lead Instructors
through August 6th.
Based on your childs most recent IEP, it was determined that your child is eligible to receive
Extended School Year (ESY) services.
The Extended School Year (ESY) Services will be provided July 6th August 6th. Monday
Thursday, from 9:00 12:00 noon at Preschool and Family Center, 2775 Boardwalk. The
IEP team decided if your child would receive academic support, direct and/or indirect support for
speech and language, fine motor, and/or gross motor. These services will be integrated into the
program day. Transportation will be provided on an as needed basis.
An individual schedule of therapy appointments will be available between 9:00 a.m. and 12:00,
Monday Thursday for children eligible for individual services.
There will be a Parent Orientation on Thursday, July 2, 2015 from 6:00 7:00 p.m. at the
Ann Arbor Preschool and Family Center. The purpose of the orientation is provide information
about the program and to allow you an opportunity to meet your childs teacher and/or service
providers.
