0 I suggest to put all folders into a global one.

It will be easier to install the

drivers.
1 Keep the Reset button pushed while pluging in the USB cable.

2 A new device will be detected : Lenovo preloader. Choose to install the

driver manually and point the global folder.
Note : the detection of the preloader doesnt last long. You may have to make it a
few times to install the driver.

3 Keep the Vol + button pushed while pluging in the USB cable.
A new device will be detected : USB MODEM DRIVER. Choose to install the
driver manually and point the global folder.

4 Start the Flash tool, choose the Scatter-loading file by pointing to the
MT6575_Android_scatter_emmc.txt located in
A2107A_H_S121_120525\target_bin_16G\target_bin\ and tick DA DL All With
Check Sum

5 Unplug the USB cable. Click on Firmware upgrade. Keep the Reset
button pushed while pluging in the USB cable.
All will be erased on the A2 !

6 Once the flash process is finished (about 12 minutes), you will see a green
circle in the flash tool.

7 You can unplug the A2 and reboot it.
