DEMOLITION AND RUBBISH REMOVAL 422 Hollywood Drive

Dear Sir/Madam:

You are invited to submit one (1) signed copy of a contracted price quote to demolish and remove all
construction debris from the condemned building lot at 442 Hollywood Drive.

Duties would include, but not limited to:
Demolish the structure;
Remove all condemned building debris and transport the rubbish to a landfill.

Sipeknekatik member-owned businesses will receive a 15 per cent bonus or mark-up on the Estimated
Total Price for the purpose of the assessment of points for price over non-members owned businesses.
Quotes must also provide:
Years of experience
Provide valid drivers licence
Include the price of excavators, dump trucks and disposal fees.

Sealed quotes will be accepted until 12 p.m. Atlantic Time, Friday, June 5, 2015. Quotes must be signed
and submit the package in a sealed envelope and addressed:

Sipeknekatik will not necessarily accept the most economical or any of the quotes received and it
