AFFIDAVIT OF LOSS OF ORIGINAL SEC CERTIFICATE

I, ROBERT J. GOOLD, of legal age, Australian citizen with office address at 3 rd Floor,
Paseo de Roxas Building, 111 Paseo de Roxas Corner Legaspi St. Legaspi Village,
Makati City, after being duly sworn to in accordance with the law hereby depose and
say:
That I am the appointed Resident Agent of Premier Oil Philippines B.V.
a duly registered Branch Office in the Philippines with the Securities and
Exchange Commission with Company Registration No. FS 2005 15415 and
with office address at 3rd Floor , Paseo de Roxas Building, 111 Paseo de Roxas
Corner Legaspi St. Legaspi Village, Makati City.
That Premier Oil Philippines B.V lost its original SEC Company
registration No. FS 2005 15415 (see attached photocopy) and could not found
it anymore upon exhausting all our efforts:
That Premier Oil Philippines B.V would like to request a Certified Copy
of its SEC Company Registration No. FS 2005 15415 for our permanent file
and for any legal purpose/s it deemed necessary.
That this affidavit is executed to attest to the truth of the foregoing and
for whatever legal purpose it may serve.
