Presently working as Circle HR Relationship Manager in Kolkata Circle, serving over


2000 plus employees of 100 plus branches.
Recruitment- Recruiting the right person for the right location role fit. Manning of the
budgeted manpower numbers at the branches. Ensuring minimum cost of manpower &
recruitment. Also quality manpower are being recruited within the specified timelines.
Employee Retention- Conduct exit Interviews. Carried out quarterly exit analysis to
identify and resolve branch / circle wise pain points. Proactively scan competition to
prevent mass attrition.
