THANKSGIVING REFLECTIONS

by the students of LIHSA and TAP

TINY FOOTPRINTS
by Wendy Blanco
Two tiny footprints
Ones I thought belonged to a little boy.
Belong to a beautiful baby girl
Those two bright eyes that light up any room
Belong to that one little human being named Kelsey.
She is who I am grateful for.

MY SHINING STAR
by Daniela Maraboli
I am thankful for my son
He is my love
My life,
My shining star.
As the days pass by he grows.
I know he will always make the right choices.
He will always be my baby and my son
Joshua.

Family Support
by Vanelys Montesino Castillo
Im thankful for many things, especially my family.
They have done a lot for me and have given me support no
matter what the

situation. I thank them for being with me now especially because I

know that
when I have my baby I will need even more support from them.

MY LITTLE FAMILY
by Jacqueline Lambiaso
I am grateful for my beautiful daughter, Scarlett and my
supportive boyfriend, Kelvin.
I am grateful that he spent every minute he could with me during
my pregnancy and that he works so hard to provide for his
daughter and me. I am also grateful that Scarlett is such a good
baby and is happy and healthy. I love the time the three of us are
able to spend together as a family.
MY WONDERFUL FAMILY
By Tsara Nicole Smith
I am grateful for my family. They are wonderful and I appreciate
them. They support me and are always there for me. I love and
cherish them. Although they annoy me, I wouldnt trade them for
the world. They are my everything and I dont know what I would
do without them.

Sandy is gone and for some it was painful.

But we came through the storm and we are so grateful!
Were grateful for love and for family and friends,
We hope that the good times will never end.
LIHSA is where we have all come together
In spite of all the stormy weather
To share our special gifts and talents
For education and happiness all in balance.
Our babies are growing and learning new things,
At LIHSA theyre treated like little queens and kings!
So as we make memories and celebrate today,
Were thankful that we are able to say
Gobble, Gobble, lets eat,
The turkey is near
Thanksgiving is hereSo be of good cheer!
