Dear Parents/Guardians:

This letter is to inform you that Field Day will take place on Monday, June 8 th. We are excited to
announce that this years events will be thematic to the book/movie The Hunger Games. In the
morning, we will watch the movie as a group in the auditorium; in the afternoon, students will
participate in traditional field day activities that matchup with themes in the book.
As The Hunger Games is a PG13 movie, we are giving Parents/Guardians the option to opt their
child out of participating in the movie portion of the days events.
We hope that you will allow your son/daughter to participate, however an opt-out slip is
