Relationship Manager

This is a full time staff position for an individual who will be able to work
effectively under pressure, use independent judgment and produce a quality
work within time tight constraints.
Key responsibilities:

To interpret and communicate the researched and explored projects to

the local stakeholders.

To discuss projects, services and convince the potential clients.

To research and identify the best possible project concepts for the Civil
Society Organizations keeping resource opportunities in mind

Doing online and offline research for topics related to the project.

To verify credibility of civil society organization as per the guidelines of

the project.

Preparing presentations and conducting workshops on a need basis.

To plan, organize and coordinate the sales and marketing activities

within the organization to meet the agreed target.

To Improves service marketability and profitability by researching,

identifying, and capitalizing on market opportunities.

Accomplishes marketing and organization mission by completing

related results as needed.

Desired Candidate Profile:

Should be absolutely fluent in English & Hindi. Knowledge of

southern regional language will be an added advantage.

Team player, assertive and have strong interpersonal and

communication skills.

Professionalism into all aspects of responsibility.

Quality to explain complex information clearly and simply.

Preference will be given professionals from development sector.
