    Leading is the use of influence to


    motivate employees to achieve
    organizational goals

    Controlling

    Controlling means Monitoring


    Employees

    Controlling is monitoring the performance


    of the organization , identifying
    deviations between planned and actual
    results and taking corrective action when
    necessary.
